I have know Mike Waltrip since 1992.

In the early 1990's MacPherson-Meistergram had many seminars for embroidery machine owners.  They had several technicians to help us with training, maintenance, and programming.  These technicians had their own area of expertise, with the exception of Mike.  He knows every area of the embroidery machines.  It didn't take long for all of us machine owners & embroiderers to realize that  Mike was the one technician able to answer all our questions.  He is the only person I want repairing my machines.  He has worked on my 3 Barudans, 2 Meistergrams and even repaired my Ioline cutting machine.

I never hesitate to call him for any problems.  He provides excellent phone support, and if the problem can not be resolved over the telephone, he comes out to repair my machines quickly.
